Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. It is highly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
Products purchased from a distributor must be returned directly to the distributor and distributor must honor return policy set forth by LightCatcher Solar.
Return shipping label will be provided in the event of an item being dead on arrival. (DOA items must be reported within 3 days after delivery)
All Warranty related returns must be return to LightCatcher Solar accordingly.
